Hello,

Could anyone please tell me how to contact Boots Viewpoint? I signed up with them well over a year ago now, but can never log on - it says I need to reset my password. However, when I follow the instructions to reset my password the screen just comes up with errors.

I have sent them lots and lots of emails with no replies. Even tried going through Boots itself - they claimed not to know anything about Viewpoint???!!! Thought to ask on here as a last resort...

Exactly the same happened to me.... I've sent them endless emails too - never received a reply!! I gave up with them in the end!

Thanks, but that's the number on which the staff at Boots HQ "have never heard of a Viewpoint"!!

However, just called again and a lady suggested I try asking the Evaluation Suite... Thanks again anyway :-)

Same here, the last email that i had from them said to bear with them whilst they created a new syatem to take all volunteers on, which could tkae two yrs. will just have to wait and see
