lol! I've had quite a lot from them just lately.. it's fab isn't it!!

I've had to set up a file to keep all my questionnaires in.. I write the 'due back' dates on when I get them which makes things a lot easier!

Hiya... yes I do write them on the surveys...I was starting to lose track (as you will know, some of the trials are 2 weeks... some are 3 or longer and some are use 5 times before returning). I now normally write the date received in the top right corner and date due back on the bottom left (in very small writing but it really helps to keep me organised!).

you could always use pencil and rub it out when you send it back.
