IVA Failure

Please can you advise as to what happens when IVA fails and goes back to court, I have been made redundant again just when I found another job in september 08, partner is also redundant.

    your ip might make you bankrupt but unlikly just bear with and re apply for another iva when you have recieved your official failure letter and your situtation improves
