Vistaprint not delivering

Ordered some rubber stamps from vistaprint. Never heard of the company before, but they had a leaflet in a paper, and it was a good deal. I ordered the stuff by credit card, and they delivered it to my house a few days later. I wasn't at home, but a friend opened the door and tried to sign on my behalf (the delivery guy had one of those handheld devices). Apparently, because my mate took so long to get to the door, the guy had already tapped into his device that the person was not home, and this couldn't be changed. Doesn't make much sense to me, but my mate was half asleep and didn't question it.
We got a postage slip, went to the post office a week later, they'd transferred the item to the postage depot. We went there a couple of days later, and it'd been sent back to the deliverer.
Vistaprint emailed me and asked when and to what address they should resend it. I emailed them back asking them to send it to my work address instead, because they'd definitely be someone there to collect the parcel. They didn't reply. I've sent two more emails, each a week or so apart, and no reply?

The order was for a relatively small amount, but not that small that I can just leave it and forget about it (roughly £50), so I'm not sure what to do next? I'd be happy with just a full refund now, but I doubt I'll get that?
I don't know if this is the right board, could someone move it please if I've posted in the wrong palce.

Since this date, I have neither received the item or an explanation as to why it is late, despite multiple enquiring emails sent by myself.
