Hi,

My friend has seen this property for sale and is interested but we are unsure on the price.

It needs completely renovating - as it is being sold due to probate.

On this road nothing has been sold recently so we can't compare with recent sales.

Can someone see any details on property bee as we can't upload this?

What do you think would be reasonable starting offer? He is FTB with AIP and 40% deposit.

Propertybee only states that it was listed on 4th June.

Whats the postcode? You can check on www.houseprices.co.uk for previous prices

is it a repossesion? if so he is in for a rollercoaster (mine was a repo and i was a ftb)

When you say it needs completely renovating what do you mean? The roof looks fine (from a distance) and it already has central heating. The windows clearly want stripping and re-painting, are they rotten? Do you want or need a new kitchen/ bathroom, is it simply dated or is is falling to bits/ leaking? Does the house need rewiring?
