Which Solicitors to Use????

HI,

I'm looking into claiming back Charges on 4 credit cards, 2 bank accounts and at least 3 PPI policies. However, i'm nearly 2 years into a debt management plan with just under £18K still to pay off. Most of the accounts are now with debt recovery agencies but the threatening letters have all but ceased and the monthly payments have been acceepted.

As i understand it, i can still claim, but because of the above, i think i'd prefer my claims to be handled by professionals. This is where i'm stuck. The internet is awash with firms offering these services but i'd like to know if anyone else could reccommend a firm of have had good service from one of them, before i entrust all my details with them.

Any views welcome

Cheers

There are really good style letters on the site you can do this yourself. I have been thinking about using a firm who deal with this but the majority of them charge 25% fee which if you have a big claim would practically reduce your money by a lot. If you can do this yourself its great. There are lots of people on these forums in the same situation myself included and I have sent my letters away and now most of my cases are with the FOS as they seem to be a great help.

GOod luck with whatever you do x

Unfortunately, I can't advise on Claims Management Companies because there is sufficient advice on the forum to do it yourself and furthermore, to be able to get your charges back by yourself.
I have not worked for NatWest Bank since February 2009
