hi, posted a while ago regarding sorting phoneline for a new flat, anyway last night I filled in an online order form to the best of my ability, even got my dad to help as awas unsure.
Long story short despite filling in the details right the start for the new flat, I wanted the billing address to be my home address. Seems they've decided that I want to reconnect my parents house not the new flat.
Calling them asap before they mess around with my parents line.
