I just wondered about the above question or do you get charged when you get connected to a person?

You are charged from the secomf the call is answered, be it by a man or machine you are still charged.0

As soon as the call is connected by the person you have called you start to get charged weather you are answered by a person, answer M/C or automatated system, press 1 for ?, press 2 for ??
