yeh contact paypal, and let them know, then drop an email to the seller and tell them you are reporting them to trading standards for selling counterfeit and sub-standard goods
hope this helpsтнє ѕє¢яєт тσ ¢яєαтινιту ιѕ кησωιηg нσω тσ нι∂є уσυя ѕσυя¢єѕ0 -

One other thing, don't threaten the seller with trading standards or anything yet, keep all your emails very polite but firm. If you let onto the seller that you are prepared to fight you give them the opportunity to clear their accounts out and disappear. If as you say they are not responding then just go straight to the paypal chargeback ASAP.
BTW,this wasn't the bag from Belgium was it?

i have brought a designer bag on ebay costing nearing £100 in description it said it was designer and that id get a mirror a dustbag and it came with a serial number
none of those things arrived and it has no serial number its fake
its plastic not real leather and the zip is broke
i told ebay but they said 3 days is not long enough to open a dispute
i have sent her 3 messages and no reply
and she was selling some more bags but today i looked to see and the bags were no longer on ebay so she must of taken them off for sale
is there anything i can do
as i said this was for my mums birthday and im a skint student and i cant afford to buy her anything now
does paypal charge a fee to to look into this, someone told me they charge £20 admin fee is that true
thanks

tan160581, I have merged your post with your earlier thread as I blieve it is the same dispute?

I think that you may have a fight on your hand to get your money back. Paypal are quite tough to get money back on items not as described in my opinion. I have bought something before which was described as working but it turned up not working and i didn't get my money back.
If Paypal do take your case further they may ask you to prove that the bag is not designer by going to the store and getting some proof in writing. If you live near the store you could go and do this now yourself and fax this info into Paypal now.
I think that Paypal make some false promises for buyers in regards to refunding items not as described.0 -
It will probably be a slow process and you will have to prove that the bag is not designer. I would do a chargeback if possible.0
