My other half wrote the second stage letter to Halifax over two weeks ago, recorded (its been delivered) but we have had no response at all, despite only giving them the 7 days.
Any ideas on what to do next please? x

Give em a call or either sue them or if it has been 8 weeks then take it to the Financial Ombudsman Service.My other half wrote the second stage letter to Halifax over two weeks ago, recorded (its been delivered) but we have had no response at all, despite only giving them the 7 days.

We have written to them saying they have 1 week to write back to our original letters, or we will be then taking it to the FOS, do you think this is ok?
