You will have a job because I believe that FP have put gagging orders on all their brokers and insurance providers. The only way you can really do this is to have another head of claim that will allow you to take them to court and then add the commission issue in as an additional head of claim. I have tried it and it works as long as you have a reasonable judge. Apparently there are pro-lender judges who will not assist in any way.
Some "Justice" system eh?I am a former Broker, former IFA and former compliance officer, for my sins.
