Anyone know if there is a bus from the rail station in Chelmsford to the Anglia Ruskin College on Bishop Hall Lane Chelmsford?

Probably less than 10 minutes for most I'd say - it's only about 1/2 a mile away.

Indeed it is. Not that far from me and I'm only 4 minutes from the station.
