Fraid it was a nice "no thanks!" ...I'm very happy with my BF of 17years, but it's very sweet when that happens and has definately given me a kick out of the PMT grumps!

Goanmad, what a lovely compliment for you! :j

Eyeonspain, you asked about my navy cardi - I bought it from a company called Wrap. Not cheap - it cost me £99! BUT it is one of my most-worn staples. I bought it in the spring and wore it about 3-4 times a week, now in the summer it's once, maybe twice a week as it gets very blowy by the sea here so it's useful in the evenings. In the autumn and winter I am sure I will wear it to death layered with other tops so to me that makes it good value ;)

    Here's a link - it's the silk blend cardi:

It's a bit grim here today so I'm wearing my cropped jeans (again! :o) with a black 3/4 sleeve v neck from Matalan (gift). When I got back from the school run I still felt a bit chilly so I've put on my big scoop neck mid thigh jumper dress (Kangol via ebay). It has a little hole in the seam and I must remember to repair it tonight as I'm not working.
MiL brought her phone over for me to photograph my ebay bits but she's forgotten the leads so I've taken the pics but still can't get stuff onto the computer- gah!
I remembered to put on a lovely blue beaded necklace that I got from a dear friend but you can't see it now I've got my jumper on!
The laundry is sitting in the wash basket mocking me too!

    Morning all,

Sorry about the funeral Floss :(
eyeonspain - sounds like a lovely outfit :) SO jealous of all the summer wear, weather is dank and miserable here today.

I'm in the office & wearing...black skinny jeans from Topshop, long white top with front pleats - covers the bum, bought in HK, brown long boyfriend cardigan & leopard print pumps. Hair is in a messy bun, cut my fringe yesterday and trying to decide if I like it when my hair's tied back!! Jewellery is the usual Monica Vinader necklace, pearl earrings & rings :) Have forgotten my coat (drive into work) and need to go and pick up fathers day cards for OH - praying that it doesn't start raining!!

    xx
