Harrington Brooks DMP

Hi,
Firstly, I dont know whether this should be here or in DF board?
I used Harrington Brooks when I first got into my DMP (now with CCCS though).
I used to pay £100 a month, and know someone who recently signed up to them for the same ammount of DMP (told them to use a fee free one now though).
When I was with them they done the normal things of splitting the funds between my creditors after their fee was taken off. After 6 months I had a review and nothign had changed, my ammounts payed to them stayed the same. However, the ammounts they were paying my creditors halved. When I queried this, they said it was because I was only paying £100 pm now, I explained I had always payed that ammount. They passed me around the houses and I got fed up and phoned CCCS instead.
They done the same to my friend aswell who was with them since November. How do they justify that?
Anyway, for anyone wanting to take up a DMP. Please use a reputable one (plently listed on here) and dont use Harrington Brooks, it will lead to nothing but problems.
