£30 throw for 50p - Littlewoods

I am pleased to say my throw came today, and I checked my bank and they took £10.50 and refunded £10 on the same day

I received my throw today. I've left my online banking details at my other home (visiting parents for the weekend) so I can't check if they've given me the money back yet but sligs post gives me hope.
As much as I like this throw, I'm not quite sure how they could sell it for £30 RRP. I think the sale price of £10.50 is more like a RRP but I am incredibly chuffed with it for 50p! Shame they didn't have the plum coloured one in stock, it would have matched my colour scheme perfectly.0 -
the code doesn't work for me!0

Agree completely with this - if I paid £30 for it I would be very disappointed, but it's a steal for 50p, and probably just about worth £10.50 (it's quite small and stiff
which is why I don't think it looks particularly expensive). I wanted purple too, but ivory is nice.
Fingers crossed on your payment - it should be fine.Debt at LBM (17/10/08) £5727.61 Debt free date 31/08/090 -
I just used the code on my additons account and it accepted it straight away.
I left it a couple of hours and then checked my account and the discount had come off my account balance.I’m a Senior Forum Ambassador and I support the Forum Team on Competitions Time, Shopping & Freebies boards, Employment, Jobseeking & Training boards If you need any help on these boards, do let me know. Well I just tried to buy a cap for £10.00 but due to the new vat rates the order value went down to £9.78 and so can't use the code unless I get something else as well.
Sorry to be the bearer of bad news but it looks like you may well have to pay the £9.78LBM: Dec 2012 - Debt £38,180/ Now £0.

The shoes arrived today. The advice note said that £9.78 was owing so I rang them. Apparently, the £10 discount has gone through, but it prints full price on the advice note. I owe nothing apparently, and am somehow 22p in credit (hence 9.78 and not 10.00 initially owing. Have double checked my bank account just to be sure, and nothing has been taken out.
Thank you again to the poster for posting this. Its not often I am successful with the offers advertised on here, for one reason or another !! but on this occasion I am very happy :beer:0 -
