Could any one recommend a good free Anti Spy ware programme that does not take away any of your important programme settings, When It cleans your system out.

Spyware Shredder
Microsoft Antispyware
What settings are you worried about losing? I would keep the spyware shredder tool as a backup in case you get cws spyware but install the rest. I also use Spywareblaster which stops alot of spyware from installing in the first place
