just had a letter from British Gas. They say to protect myself from further price hikes,, just pay a "small" price protection premium of 3.5% on my current gas price, and if gas prices go up, I wont pay the increase (only till April 2007)
So, they put the price up, and only THEN they offer this deal.

I also got this letter! Interesting how they quote "3 Winters" to make it sound like a 3 year deal!! This one's got to be their best laugh yet and and best avoided in my opinion. :P0
