scottish power capped rate
hi all
i was offered a capped rate by a doorstep seller on behalf of scottish power this afternoon . He claims it is a special capped rate for 18 months, not available on internet and will be only available for a short time (hmm) . The supporting leaflet is dated october 2005 and the unit prices are very competitive compared to london energy (best deal from uswitch etc).
has anyone else had this offer ?
does it sound too good to be true or should i snap his hand off to sign up ?
