I have found a firm of solicitors who claim to specialize in this PPI miss selling, and offer No Win, No Fee, plus do not charge up front fees, and give some pretty good advice.

Might go down that route.

Sometimes when the FOS are unable to investigate a complaint they suggest to contact the FLA, who are the Financial leasing Association.

I know these are not always easy to deal with, some have been successful with the FLA but not everyone, its just another direction.

You would have to contact them to ask if they could help.

Another way is you can always ask if your local CAB have any suggestions for you.

However, hopefully the FOS will be able to investigate and resolve this for you, fingers crossed for you.;)

Good luck with this Tommy and of course your already aware to be careful with who you use for your claims, especially when charges are involved, if any of them ask for money upfront then you know not to bother.;)
