Hi debt free me
Sorry have been really busy lately - I'm not just saying it, been partying and recruiting and it's going fab
As with anything you get out of something what you put into it
As I said before you need to think about what you love - that's what you'll find that you will be more successful with
Personally, as I have mentioned to you before, I have tried plenty and Body Shop is the one that I feel really happy and comfortable with - you gotta find the one that suits you and then you'll enjoy it and just have lots of fun
(I found booking parties easy because I am excited about the company that I am with, it's ethics and the products they sell so yes, I found it really straightforward
)
Good luck
Jenny x

My wife did Partylite. Beware no-shows, and people who book you as an attraction at their summerBBQ/engagement party or whatever else, and just really bad parties, and being forced to cover someone else's rubbish parties. And beware some of the claims made by Partylite about rewards for recruitment etc. In fact, just beware Partylite.Been away for a while.0

All the people who pop up begging for people to PM them so they can get them in their downline.
Seriously, why bother posting such unhelpful comments?
To the OP, I agree that you're better off trying to find something that you'll enjoy because you'll be more enthusiastic from the outset and it really does show - especially if you're going to be doing parties. If you're miserable and don't seem like you really want to be there then the people you're trying to sell to will realise that and you won't get many more bookings! lol.
Try and speak to people who work for the companies you're thinking of, most of them will be very forthcoming with their proof of income etc Do your research but bear in mind that you do get people who exagerrate there incomes and some people that tell you it doesn't work even though they've never tried it.
Some ideas include:
Jewellery: Kleeneze Cabouchon (you don't have to distribute catalogues if you just want to be a cabouchon consultant)
Candles/Aromatherapy/Make-up: Virgin Vie, Bodyshop, PartyLite
Educational: Usborne Books
Other: Herbalife, Ann SummersSuccess' of 2012:-Debts:Student Loans: £28,7580 -
I was referring to people who continually on nearly all of their threads pop up to try and get people PM them to join whatever services they are promoting.I find that unhelpful as it is a biased opinion every time they are promoting.Just look back on certain peoples threads to see what i mean. These forums are not mean to be mass recruiting places where everyone seems to run 'an amazing service' and never has any problems. These people then gone nuts when someone dares cast doubts on the businesses they run.0

What we go nuts at is people who are clearly not interested in other people's opinions and make claims such as "Catalogue distributors will be outlawed after the summer" without backing the statement up with any evidence. I have searched Google time and time again and still cannot find anything to substantiate this claim and the people who make these claims cannot even provide the evidence when they are asked to do so.
I have even had one guy slur my character on a forum accusing me of "preferring to rip off elderly customers with overpriced poundshop goods rather than get a job delivering pizzas". This is a guy who clearly could not be bothered to think of anything constructive to add to the discussion so decided to flame the thread with an extremely biased, completely unsubstantiated and unhelpful slur on the character of someone he knows nothing about. Did I stoop to his level and hurl insults back at him? No I did not. I took the time to write a polite and considered response back to him. He has since realised that he was wrong to say this but instead of having the courage and strength of character to admit he was wrong and publicly apologise to me he has simply deleted the post. Presumably so that he can pretend he never said it all.
You will notice that the person who started this thread asked for advice on getting into something like Kleeneze, Avon etc. Presumably they want advice from people that are actually already involved in these things and making them work as well as from people that have tried them and not made them work so that they can make up their minds for themselves. When someone says "What can I do to earn some extra money that's like Kleeneze or Avon?" it is only natural that people who are already involved, or who have previously been involved in these things should reply and tell them about their experiences and their opportunity. That is the advice that the OP asked for and what helpful people have responded with. If someone wants to see what an opportunity can offer them then where is the harm in asking them to PM if they want to know more. Some people on these forums seem to think that people are stupid and incapable of looking at the information given to them and forming their own opinions and feel that they know best and thus make stupid, crass comments like "MLM is bad" without adding anything constructive to substantiate their claims. Or accusing people of wanting to add someone to their downline when they have some information that the OP may actually be interested in. It was the OP who asked for advice in the first place, remember.
So for goodness sake, credit people with the intelligence to look at the information given, do their own research and make their own decisions.I was referring to people who continually on nearly all of their threads pop up to try and get people PM them to join whatever services they are promoting.I find that unhelpful as it is a biased opinion every time they are promoting.Just look back on certain peoples threads to see what i mean. These forums are not mean to be mass recruiting places where everyone seems to run 'an amazing service' and never has any problems. These people then gone nuts when someone dares cast doubts on the businesses they run.0 -
Dan sadly i see people are now turning into a personal attack on you instead of moving on.A lot of people have opinions but some people have taken it way too far with the continous personal attacks on you.0
