    Hi

Sorry to hear your news. I was made redundant at the end of February, and it is very daunting to say the least.

Do you have any payment protection on any of your debts, ie mortgage, finance loans, credit cards etc?

If you have, you need to contact them straight away, and they will help you and send out the necessary forms for you to complete.

Do you have a partner or do you live alone? Do you have any children?

You also need to have a work with the jobcentre and they will inform you what to do with regard to the possibility of claiming any benefits. Also, contact the local authority in respect of your council tax payments if you own your own home.

Sorry again about your news. Theres a lot of us out there unfortunately !
  • i dont think i have any protection, its two loans and two credit cards, i am lucky in the fact that i moved back in with parents before things got too bad, so no morgage / C Tax.

Someone had suggested that i go to the citenzens advise and they would help me out? is this true?

If you have no money then you can't pay.

you will have to look a t othe options a Debt Management Plan(DMP) is one option and IVA is not posible

This is a debt problem try here you will get people that know that area much better than a lot of us here.
