AA /RAC Continuous credit card authorisation

I want to renew my aa cover or swop to the rac and noticed to get the best price i have to set up a continuous credit/debit card authorisation.
Whats to stop me cancelling it at the end of the year if i find a better deal elsewhere.

I know there are cheaper breakdown companies but the wife wants to stick with one of these two.

OR any good discount codes if there is any about.

Why does "the wife" want to stick with one of these two?

To get a discount you could use your clubcard vouchers in a Tesco deal against your RAC membership?

And there is nothing to stop you cancelling as long as you give enough warning, its just that they want the option to be able to continue to charge you.

She wont trust the other companies, and as we only have £4 in clubcard vouchers its not enough.
I didnt know if there was a cancellation fee if i stopped it after a year.

Hello Trumpet I work for the AA and we offer 15% discount off the price of membership for certain companies, who do you work for?

Its a recycling company, not many employees i can't really say the name.
I dont think it will be one the aa would offer a discount for.
    Thanks anyway
