yes, they are documented into her bank and receipts. All of them recorded. Did have reservations they would be recorded as pocket money but it was a nice tidy sum each month which she should have told them about.

I'm still waiting for written confirmation from the CSA, have not got a clue what the delay could be. Still amazed its taking this long to write to me with any kind of amount, I have seen the liable amount as it was calculated about 6 weeks ago on my Profile and Data Protection records and its only a fifth of the figure they were telling me I had 7 days to pay, last summer or I could face jail.

As I say, they are simply bullies. Shows importance of getting advice, otherwise as they are a government department you believe every word.
