Just bought house - need to demolish and rebuild kitchen

Options
Hi All,

I have just bought a house that needs a new kitchen (as recommended by our survey). The kitchen is currently a 3.4m x 4m extension and needs pulling down.

We want to build a kitchen extension measuring 3.4m x 5m but have no idea of costs. All we want done is the building of a water tight shell with all services brought in to it. We will plaster, tile and fit kitchen units.

We live in Gloucestershire and wonder how much this might cost and how long it would take.

Thanks in advance!

Why do you not just go and get a couple of quotes locally. Any figure that you get on here will, at best, be a rough ball park figure. Anyone doing a realistic quote will need to see the job in order to come up with a figure that is not just guesswork or wishful thinking. All jobs will have different problems which will only be apparent when looked at by the prospective builder.
I can afford anything that I want.
Just so long as I don't want much.
