Three Pin design - WARNING

We recently bought a coffee table from an internet company called Three Pin Design who insist that payment is made through paypal.

The table arrived (Nagochi design - glass top on wooden legs) and when we put it together it was very unsafe as it wobbled extensivley as well as the top being unstable if you put any weight on the edges.
We eventually got to speak to the company (a 2 man band it turns out) after over a week of trying (we had to pretend we were a new customer before they would speak to us). They offered to replace the legs, which we accepted as we liked the table.
We eventually received the legs but the table still wobbled and was very unsafe.
We then requested our money back, they were happy to do this but they would only reimburse the cost of the table, not our delivery charge.
After even more delays created by them (Delaying the courier, delaying inspecting the returned item) they eventually refunded us the cost of the table minus their courier charges, not the postage charge we paid on the order as was originally agreed.

They will no longer speak to us and have ignored calls and emails so beware if you use this company, they provide goods unfit for the purpose they are intended for and then steal money from you.

We tried the paypal claim route but as threepin design had created so many delays we were outside of the 45 day claim period, which was a nice little ploy on three pin designs behalf!
