This flat, with its many rooms, entered into from the spacious hallway, does not feel like your typical flat. This is a sunny and spacious home. The south facing lounge is exceptionally light and airy. As well as being in a central location it is remarkably peaceful and quiet.
The recent refurbishment, which included the kitchen and bathroom, still looks fresh and clean. The oak floors and the modern feel of the light fittings, switches, sockets and door furniture complement the smart decor.
The location, within central Hove, is a sought after one. It is five minutes walk to the beautiful St. Anne’s Wells Gardens, ten minutes walk to the vibrant bars and restaurants of Church Road, twelve minutes walk to Brighton and Hove mainline rail stations and fifteen minutes walk to Churchill Square and The Lanes.
If living near the buzz of the City Centre, the relaxing St Anne’s Wells Gardens and the convenience of rail/bus links sounds appealing you will be pleased to see they are all within easy reach.
A finders fee of £2,000 is also available to the person who introduces the buyer to me.

Are you asking for comments on your listing?
Why not tidy up before photos?
Pull the quilt straight in the bedroom, tidy the stuff of the coffee table in the lounge, hide the tea towels (or at least fold them) in the kitchen....
Your blurb describes a refurbished, stylish property then your photos give a lived-in look.
Go minimal. At the very least clear each room in turn for photos.
