Payments into Card one banking accounts?

I have a Card one banking account and should have DLA paid into it today tuesday and wanted to know what time does payments hit card one accounts and its not gone in yet?

there is a recorded message that says when you phone up that all payments in your account will be available by 9:30am. i think you also get a text message when money gets paid in too.0

It all went in at about 8am this morning.
why does it take them so long to get it into accounts when the main banks clear as early as 2am?0
