I am asking if i can claim as it was a single premium on both loans but both our names are on both loan agreements and as i have paid the first one off with the second loan can i claim that back ?
Thanks again sorry to be a nuisance
Hi Dazjam
Yes you can.
This seems to be the case with these policies, where the loan was joint but the ppi only covering the first one named on the loan, this is one of the reasons you can go for, and I'm sure the others here will confirm this, good luck.;)
Your not a nuisance lol XThe one and only "Dizzy Di"

Dazjam, as Di says, you can claim back both PPI's if they were missold to you regardless of whether its paid off or not. You are certainly within the timescales and the FOS would be able to help as it was after 14th Jan 2005 (I assume) that both loans were taken out. Go for it.I am asking if i can claim as it was a single premium on both loans but both our names are on both loan agreements and as i have paid the first one off with the second loan can i claim that back ?
