Term insurance for person with MS

Hi there

My husband has a diagnosis of secondary progressive MS. Eons ago, we took out term insurance (was linked to our mortgage at the time). I am now the breadwinner (apart from OH's benefits) and am about to take out some more life insurance. Wondered if it is worth doing OH as well? His term insurance expires in about 15 years, and, though we are not dependent on his income, if something did happen, I would need a small lump sum for funeral expenses and to cover us if I had to stop work for a while.

What would you advise/what do you do? I am conscious that the more his condition deteriorates (although he is currently stable and has been for a number of years) the more we would pay should he then decide to take out insurance.
