I hav today recived a lettre re my reclaim from Sainsburys Bank .
I asked for return of £378 for charges and intrest going back 6 years
They have offered me £120 today
They claim in their letter that they have calculate the differnce between the charge of £25 and their defalut charge of £12 which they claim came in to effect on July 2006 and they are refusing to refund any charges after July 2006 claiming they are allowed to do under OFT guidelines
Are they right in doing this ?
Should I accept their offer ?
Also I only claimed from the start of June 2003 , I have had the Sainsburys card for longer so should I go back till 2001
Any advice/help please

What rubbish, google OFT 842 and post up what point 1.14 says. Read it carefully and slowly and it will answer you other questions.
