0% Interest Charges!!!

Options
I have just been stung by MBNA for £65 interest even though I had paid off the full amount of my credit card. They state it is to do with the 0% transfer expiry date and the date in which I paid the full amount.
I have never come across this before as when I have paid the full amount in the past for 0% deals I have not incurred any charges.
Can anybody help or has similar experiences?

Is standard if they don't get the payment cleared on time.

Sorry to say not a lot you can do about it except chalk it up to experience.

In my experience, MBNA offers always end on your statement date.

Perhaps you mistakenly thought you had until the payment due date shown on your statement?
