Scottish hydro Electric - 25% off usage if on low income

For other debt worries I called the National Debt line today and going through income and expenditure I was told that I could qualifiy for 25% discount on my gas & electricity usage cos we're on a low income.
Other utility companies have it but if you're with Scottish Hydro Electric then call this number and they can tell you if you qualify for it, they're called Energy Plus Care and the number is 0800 622 838. I could not believe it, all I have to do now is send in proof of our income and the discount will kick in and they backdate it to the day you call in.
Anyway, I had to share cos I am over the bloody moon!
