Over 50s clubs

1.4K Posts
I looked on our local council website (Newcastle Staffs) and found a Beth Johnson Leisure Club for the 50+. Maybe by joing a club some activities are a nominal charge or even free.
I havent rang about it yet but it said they go walking, rambling, dancing and other leisure activities. Maybe you have to live in one of their houses to join, but maybe not?
I've found that usually clubs tend to be for the 'over 60s'.
might be worth checking other council websites for local clubs as we veg infront of the tv as we dont know where to go where there's other people our age.

They have every type of activity you could think of from walking to dancing, garden visits to computer classes, music groups to language lessons. I could go on and on.
