help with lloyds please

in Reclaim bank & credit card charges
i wrote to lloyds on 17/5/2009 claiming back £500 in cc charges. i recieved a reply on 22/5/2009 saying it will take 4 weeks to look into my claim..

is this the normal response

....or should i send the second letter
