Halifax initial letter where to ?

in Reclaim bank & credit card charges
I am just requesting a list of charges of my bank so i have no fee to pay, i am wondering where would i send this letter to my branch or the data protection manager

    having looked at the ICO website it is listed as Bank Of Scotland.

    BANK OF SCOTLAND PLC
    Address:
    THE MOUND
    EDINBURGH
    EH1 1YZ
    That is the address given on the ICO website.
    I have not worked for NatWest Bank since February 2009

    When I wrote to the Halifax requesting all the data I sent it to, and they replied with the data from :

    Halifax
    Data Protection Manager
    Trinity Road
    Halifax
    West Yorks
    HX1 2RG

    Not sure if its the same for the 2nd letter, as I am about to do this, but have assumed its the same.
