Barclays claiming unfair charges

hello all, first post, and first time i want to do something about this mess:mad:
over the last 8 months i have mostly been in my 'reserve' and have no overdraft, i have gathered all ( most) of my letters of charges from, using the reserve at £22 every 5 days, also the bounced DD then charging £8 per failed DD transaction.
the amount comes to £540 - ok not the record on here but i have not got a penny at this min, and this would help and to ensure i wont get back to that position, comes to payday, and once barclays have there wedge i am left with 50 odd quid to last me a month!! at this current moment i am 669 overdrawn.
luckly my mum has agreed to pay this and i pay er back over the coming months:D
where do i stand in claiming back these charges, i have filled out a template from the BBC website, just need to send it,
do you think i will get my money back
thanks

Firstly, I would cancel the personal reserve and save the £22 every 5 days. Furthermore, Barclays will claim that their fees are fair and are not part of the waiver yet they have not been tested in a court of law. Be prepared to go to court on this one.0
