You have to get the URL of the image, say http://i41.tinypic.com/28c24ph.gif and then click on the
button and paste the URL of the image into the box it gives you:
Clicking OK gives you your picture:
You can upload your images to get the URL by using TinyPic and use the "Direct Link for Layouts" URL that it will give you after uploading your images
