Games won't play on PC HJT report attached

Youngest son has installed 3 different games off cd but none will boot up just get a black/blank screen and the hourglass for at least 5 mins and have to switch off pc at the power as nothing will get you out of the program. Unfortuantely I'm not sure what 3 games they are as he's not here to tell me. I tried to open one of my games (freshly downloaded from the web) Dream Chronicles and I get the same thing. Have tried other programs and they seem ok - excel, word, firefox & Cake Mania. I installed an updated driver for my video/graphics card thinking it might help and now when you got to upload photos it takes a blooming age (after 10 mins of it thinking about it I gave up!)
