Orange Customer Services

Just wanted to give my tuppence on a company who I have never had a single problem with and when I had to call their customer services for the first time in 3+ years of dealing with them, they went even further up in my estimations!
After calling into an Orange shop earlier in the week to upgrade my phone and contract, I had run into a few problems with deals changing (long story...!) and subsequently hit another hitch when trying to upgrade to one of their web deals.
In order to resolve the issue I called the Orange upgrades line, where I spoke to the very helpful Alice. She understood the issues straight away (I was dreading trying to explain the problem over the phone because it was quite complicated) and resolved it instantly, then proceeded to guide me through the upgrades process on the Orange website. With that completed, she even told me her extension if I needed more help, and told me her lunch break hours so I could be sure I didn't miss here!
