Sorry to bring this thread back up, just a quick question.

As you know a few weeks back i was awarded my PPI plus interest, they said the couldn't calculate interest at the time but the refunds of premiums would equate to £1055.96 to which interest will be added.

I have just checked my bank, and they have paid £482. and it says Interest Refund on my statement, do they always pay the interest before the PPI?

Should i contact them or see if the £1055.96 gets paid in?

Hi hun

I would ring and double check on this to make sure, they should be able to confirm this to you over the phone, you will feel more at ease then, but yes it may be the case, but make sure first, fingers crossed.;)

Gave them a call and they do pay in 2 installments, so will receive the £1055.96 in a few days, that put my mind at ease as i've already spent it :rotfl:
