  • stayed on several parks with hoseasons haven parkdean etc all seem fine went when our kids were about that each love the pool etc, caravans and generally spacious and clean, some vans have single beds that they have cot sides for and can attatch to keep the little one in at nights, try looking at the websites of companys above and decide where you want to go, if its pre july should get some good prices before the kids go on holiday.
A good park we went to with our kids when they were toddlers was sundrum castle in ayrshire nice pool, play park and good entertainment can be booked with hoseasons or parkdean.

we're actually stayin in a park in your neck of the woods Talacre beach near prestatyn in august

can you only go during summer holidays due to work or something ?

TBH you aren't going to get "cheap" at that time

take a look @ haven etc ,the prices are ridiculous ! :(

renting privately will be a bit cheaper & you may get a late deal / cancellation on here :

do you collect tesco clubcard points ? if so you can use them for deals with Park Resorts

Also as it's only the three of you why don't you look at some B&Bs as it may work out cheaper to do this than rent a caravan for 8 if you see what I mean. Of course if it's the entertainment in the evenings that you want then most B&Bs don't offer this.

I appreciate you can't really do self-catering in a B&B, but if we used to eat out when ours was that small we used to ask for a spare plate & give them some of ours as even child's meals at that age are too much. We never got refused or stared at or anything, so I guess loads of people must do it?

Like someone Rachie B has said if you can go just before or after the school summer holidays you will find the prices drop dramatically.

I would also say try to go outside school holiday time as the cost will fall dramatically, we often go away early July or September and the weather has been fine at that time....
I have travelled many times from London to sample the beaches in North Wales and especially love the Lleyn Peninsular so consider you are very lucky to have such wonderful beaches and scenary on your doorstep...

Booking direct with the owner is usually a cheaper option, here are a couple more sites owners advertise on.
