NPB question

Someone on here said if you have a NPB dispute going on after a cartian amount of time you get a tick and you can then reclaim your fees and relist. What I wanted to know is where do you see the tick and after how long do you see it?

If the buyer responds to your NPB summons, you can close the dispute right away and get your FVF refunded.

Otherwise, you have to wait 7 days after issuing the NPB before the dispute can be closed.

Make sure there's a green tick against the dispute- that means you've had the FVFs refunded

If you close the dispute having had no response from the buyer you also have the added advantage that the buyer can no longer leave you a feedback rating.

It should show a tick when you first go into your dispute centre. White shows still pending, green means eligible and blue means closed and FVFs granted.
