Being charged for reconstructing HSBC loan

I went to the bank last week to reconstruct my loan and was told it would be at the same rate (which it is) and that I would be paying £136.55 each month. I have received my new contract in the post today to sign and send back but the new figures say I will be paying £145.82 a month and am being charged £82.38 (Total charge for credit).
Is this right, as the person at the bank said I wouldn't have to pay a penny extra.

Hi, I have successfully reclaimed my PPI from my loan that is still on going. I was originally paying £136.55 a month plus £23.81 for ppi.

Hi Kelly
I would ring them and ask why are you paying more than the first loan and what are these charges for?
Can you remember if they charged you for taking the first one out?The one and only "Dizzy Di"0
