in Reclaim PPI & other insurance
my complaint about nortons/firstplus is with the FOS...am worried as it is a 2004 loan...
Will the FOS help me ?

    They are now looking at all PPI claims. Looking at it is not the problem. It is the 18 month, and growing, wait for them to do anything that is the problem.
    I am a former Broker, former IFA and former compliance officer, for my sins.

    However, I have since seen the light.

    well at least there is light at the end of the tunnel even if it is at least 18 months away....
    Just angry that i still have to pay it! :mad:
