Hopefully this is the right forum
for this question ..
I've been working for agencies for a while now and for various reasons I really need to go down the Ltd Co route and bill the customers for my time at gross rather than PAYE. the question is how much more should I expect percentage wise on the hourly rate now that I'll be covering my own employers NI and PAYE admin plus holiday pay accrual etc ??
cheers for any advice
Mick

Employer's NIC is 12.8% after the first £5300-ish exemption. You need to shop around for payroll quotes, but I have seen £3 per payslip quoted, plus end of year costs. You could do it yourself. Holiday pay depends on how many holidays you are going to give yourself.£705,000 raised by client groups in the past 18 mths :beer:0
