Parking ticket received in Guildford

I have received a parking ticket in Guildford (my own fault as I was visiting a client who lives in a residents only parking area, and I took the risk and parked for 20 minutes, but got caught!), but rather than just pay up, I thought I would check in with the experts on parking tickets to check that the notice issued is correct and enforceable.
If anyone in the know with parking tickets could take a look at the link to the scan of my PCN, and let me know if this PCN has been correctly issued and is enforceable, I would be grateful.

Am I right in saying they have not filled in your registration number? or have you blocked it out? This could perhaps void the ticket... not 100% though...The quickest way to become a millionaire is start off as a billionaire and go into the airline business.

As much as you may have parked in contravention it seems a shame to let it go if they have got markings wrong - hence not fulfilled their end of the 'bargain'.
If you are not nearby - what about streetview?
Last year Guildford had to waive hundreds, possibly thousands of PCNs because they had cocked up the TRO for off street parking. LOL0
