its not the sofa itself, its underneath the big cushion - im just lookin to put this under the bit you sit on so it "boosts" the seat cheap big cushion should do it.

500 words is a skoosh. biggest "essay" i done was 100pages and got published

And how many times have you been supportive to others that have needed it?

Friendship is about give and take. Sometimes you're the person giving the support, sometimes you're the person who needs it. It all evens out, over time.

it's a 1500 self case study where i critically apply 8 counselling concepts to my own experience. And i've got 2 to do out of 6 of jung's concepts - individuation, archetypes, the collective unconsious, the self, symbols or images. :eek:
