Doomy you could look in Tk Maxx for most of those things you mentioned? or maybe primark?

I guess e bay would sell them too but postage might make it more expensive.

I would be tempted to buy a cheap pillow and "restuff" the sofa cushion?

    xx

will check there, we got one in town :)

its not the sofa itself, its underneath the big cushion - im just lookin to put this under the bit you sit on so it "boosts" the seat cheap big cushion should do it.

http://www.scs.co.uk/product.php?id=744 this is my sofa u see. its deep and wide

Thanks. I'm being a pain again!

    No you are not!!!

The first thing you should do, before you tackle your finances, is realise that we are your friends, and if you need to talk about the difficult decisions you are making, here is the place to do it.

We all bring our worries, fears, stresses and traumas to this forum, that's what it's here for.

So talk about it as much as you need to!

And how many times have you been supportive to others that have needed it?

Friendship is about give and take. Sometimes you're the person giving the support, sometimes you're the person who needs it. It all evens out, over time. :)

it's a 1500 self case study where i critically apply 8 counselling concepts to my own experience. And i've got 2 to do out of 6 of jung's concepts - individuation, archetypes, the collective unconsious, the self, symbols or images.
