Yep you is fast Luc! My fastest so far in this lot of running (possibly my fastest ever) is 10 mins 20 sec/ mile. Am getting faster though!

Guess what we went over to out local park yesterday and over the last week they have installed like outdoor gym equipment, aerobic walker, eliptical trainer, twisting machine, overhead press and a few others can't remember name of. How bloody cool is that! So thinking I might get up and go over on the mornings I don't run and do a mini workout (of course if its not peeing it down with rain)!

That sounds fab. The place I used to work had an outdoor obstacle course thing - was great fun! Been looking at the British Military Fitness classes but the nearest one to me is a bit of a trek to get there before you even start exercising!!
