halifax what do you think?

hi all
i'm thinking about claiming back credit card charges from halifax and poss ppi.
the problem is, i have recently had a complaint payed and settled by the fos because halifax wouldn't accept being included in my iva.
my account is now cleared.

do you think i should claim or leave alone?
do you think i have a cheek to do this?

If you have had you claim paid and settled through the Financial Ombudsman Service then what claim have you got? Was the claim for PPI and credit card charges?

I'm not sure I see what you are asking?

hi sorry for the confusion
halifax wouldn't accept that my depts with them, were included in my iva, so i reported them to the fos. in may they paid me a good will gester of £50 and cleared my iva debt with them.
i had a lot off charges, (late fees etc) prior to this.
should i claim these back or leave alone?

Is the amount of the charges against the amount you would claim back higher? If yes then by all means do it. However, if it isn't, personally, I would let sleeping dogs lie.
