laptop playing video slow

playing videos/youtube etc on my laptop is a problem,they are only playing at half speed and sticking all the time.Why

    try uninstalling flash player from your computer in control panel and then reinstall the latest version via adobes website (google flash player)

    this may well resolve the problem

    i have deleted from control panel,but i cannot get the new version installed.

    why? how far have you gotten

    have you downloaded the installer file yet?

    if not

    the download link is on the right

    you just need to pick the right version depending on your os and web browser of choice

    ifyou have downloaded it and are having issues with the installation, what error message appears? or what happens?

    How are you connecting to the net and what speed is your internet connection?
    Is this happening at all times of day or just in the evenings?
    What web browser are you using-not the dreadul AOL bespoke stuff I hope?
    No free lunch, and no free laptop ;)
